Kinsui Villa serves healthy breakfast cooked with local ingredients, such as Kuwata rice and eggs from a farm in Mukaihara.

1: Homemade boiled bean curd and tofu
2: Specially produced salmonella-free egg for eating raw
Try a bowl of rice mixed with a raw egg and soy sauce.
3: Six kinds of seasonal vegetables and mushrooms
4: Chinese cabbage salad
5: Broiled red snapper, cured with salt and dried just one night beforehand.
Served with ground daikon radish.
6: Shijimi clam soup
These shijimi clams are from the Otagawa river in Hiroshima.
7: Kuwata rice from Aki-Takata region in Hiroshima
Five-grain mixed rice is also available upon request.
8: Four kinds of pickles
Pickled daikon radish and plums are especially popular.
9: Dessert Yoghurt
This yoghurt is from a local Chichiyasu farm.

Organic coffee, Kiyomi orange juice, English tea, etc.

This healthy breakfast is prepared with local ingredients.Hiroshima is a famous rice-growing area and we use Kuwata rice, which is produced in limited quantity and is not easy to get. Other dishes are shijimi clam soup from the Otagawa river in Hiroshima, specially harvested local eggs, Hiroshima green onion and Yuki konnyaku with mustard and vinegar-miso sauce.
