Japanese-style bouillabaisse and Hiroshima beef rice, accompanied by five other small dishes.

Vegetable and seafood bouillabaisse are a perfect match.
A dry white or a light-bodied red wine would complement these dishes.

*This dish includes shrimp and crab meat. If you are not fond of them, please let us know when you make a reservation.

Healthy Japanese-style Breakfast

This healthy breakfast is prepared with local ingredients.Hiroshima is a famous rice-growing area and we use Kuwata rice, which is produced in limited quantity and is not easy to get. Other dishes are shijimi clam soup from the Otagawa river in Hiroshima, specially harvested local eggs, Hiroshima green onion and Yuki konnyaku with mustard and vinegar-miso sauce.
