“Japan Meets West” Course

“Japan meets West” is a course of unique dishes, prepared with local ingredients and a hint of western taste.
The owner, who has a love of food, and the chef de cuisine, who knows all about Japanese cuisine, collaborated to create these healthy dishes that make you feel like whistling. n.b. We may use oysters or raw fish, depending on the season. If you would prefer not to have them, please fill out the form to let us know.

Healthy Japanese-style Breakfast

This healthy breakfast is prepared with local ingredients. Hiroshima is a famous rice-growing area and we use Kuwata rice, which is produced in limited quantity and is not easy to get. Other dishes are shijimi clam (from the Otagawa river in Hiroshima) soup, specially harvested local eggs, Hiroshima green onion, and Yuki konnyaku with mustard and vinegar-miso sauce.
