Traditional Japanese inns provide thorough service, but some guests find it difficult to unwind if hotel staff come in and out of their rooms. At Kinsui Villa, service is not intrusive.

We don’t disturb your stay by serving drinks. Instead, we provide complimentary soft drink tickets for Cafe Maple on the first floor on check-in.
We hope you will feel relaxed in the friendly atmosphere of the Villa, just like in your second home.

Complimentary drinks
For private guests, we provide complimentary soft drink tickets for Café Maple on the first floor.
Please choose one glass of soft drink from the menu. You can use the café from the day you check-in to the day you check-out.
The café is closed from 22:00 to 07:00.
Kimono corner
Please choose a cotton kimono of your favorite color and pattern from the shelves on the first floor on check-in. There are men's and women's kimonos of various sizes. Please leave them in your room on check out.
About our cuisine
Please look at the menu on our website and let us know if there are any foods or spices you don’t care for, when you make a reservation.
n.b. We may include oysters or raw fish, depending on the season. If you don't care for them, please fill out the form and let us know.
To request changes to the menu, please let us know by noon of the day before your check-in. We cannot accept any change on the day of your arrival, except for allergy-related requests.
When we receive your request, a new menu will be made for your approval.
For allergy-related requests, we will send you the menu in advance upon reservation.
● Our rice is ordered specially from farmers in Hiroshima prefecture. It is produced in limited quantity and is the hotel owner’s favorite kind.
● Hiroshima is one of the most famous sake-producing areas in Japan. The hotel owner, who loves sake, selected the variety of local sakes you see on the list. We serve beer, shochu, whisky, and non-alcoholic drinks as well. Please try our white wines, which are a perfect match for our seafood dishes, and also try the Kinsui Villa manager’s choice shochu.
